Our Story
Susan Raleigh, Founder
Throughout her career, Susan has worked for a variety of nonprofits as a technology trainer in addition to serving as an active fundraiser. The scope of her work spans small nonprofits to large institutions. From this background, she has developed a keen sense of how to connect the mission and goals of an organization to the day-to-day efficiency, application of best practices, and direction for strategic growth. In 2009 she started her own consulting company to share her expertise and passion for development and data, and fulfill her desire to make a difference.
Rally Consulting is an expansion of the original business. An experienced support team has been formed in response to the growing demand in our industry. Consultants focus on the tasks at hand so staff can spend more time building relationships with donors.
Dave Raleigh, Associate
Dave’s area of expertise lies in gift and constituent entry, reconciliation and reporting. His flexibility and willingness to work onsite or offsite, make him a valued partner in database management.
Paige Burton, Associate
Paige is an associate consultant based in Boston, Massachusetts. After graduating from the University of Vermont with a degree in History and Environmental Studies, she has spent time working at several nonprofit organizations in the Rhode Island and Greater Boston area. She has experience in all areas of development and fundraising, from database management and best practices, to donor communications, to grant research and writing.
Jeanelle Demers, Communications & Design
Jeanelle is a graphic designer with a fine arts background and experience applying these skills to build a case for support and engagement of donors. As a creative producer of promotional materials, her work ties strategy to execution through visual elements that bring home the intention of an organization’s mission to the donors.
